The car was picked up quickly, and the shuttle dropped us off at the airport 10 minutes later. It took a total of 20 minutes from our arrival at Ouest Parking to our arrival at the airport. On the way back, we called the number we'd been given, and the shuttle was there 10 minutes later. On arrival at Ouest Parking, our car was ready, we collected the keys immediately and set off again. We are very satisfied with the organisation. It would have been difficult to do better.

Car park located a few minutes from the airport, which was very convenient even though we usually use the services of another provider. The car was picked up quickly and parked on tarmac, and the return journey was quick. One small downside compared to BP is that you have to pay €10 (notified at the time of booking and invoiced on the spot in the event of last-minute changes 👍) if you arrive between 9pm and 7am, which increases the final price. Usually the 4 of us go with our luggage to the car park and we are taken there at no extra charge whatever the time. Good address, all the information is clear on their site, no hidden charges.

This is the second year we've used their services and it's perfect. Everything is fast on departure and arrival, the staff are friendly and efficient, and the journey is quick because the premises are close to the airport. They adapt to the constraints associated with flights that are sometimes delayed or cancelled, and the fare is adapted, even in our favour, depending on the circumstances. All for a fair price. Not to mention the fact that our vehicle was returned to us in good condition, without a hitch. We would definitely use them again.

Top service! The car park is in a very quiet, secure area, which is reassuring. The transfer to the airport takes just 5 minutes. For the return journey, all you have to do is call to let them know you're arriving, and a shuttle will be sent straight away to pick you up! During my stay, Ouest Parking sent me a text message to suggest that I change my windscreen because, after looking at my car, they found two dents (which I'd already had for a while). I didn't need to do anything except agree. They paid the excess and took care of all the insurance paperwork (compulsory glass breakage cover). When I got back, my windscreen was brand new. I'm really satisfied with this service, thank you again! I would recommend this car park to 100%, the value for money is unbeatable, I'll be back without hesitation. See you soon!
